A holistic training that create body awareness while developing the body’s core, mobilizing the spine and building flexibility. Pilates on mat helps activate the core muscle fully with no support from any equipments.

PRENANCY WORKOUT

Exercise during pregnancy is safe and should be done under Special care of experts. Pregnancy workout usually focuses on low-impact movement that help maintain strength rather than building up.
